The Rising Star in Powerlifting
Powerlifting is a sport that showcases raw strength, often conjuring images of burly and muscular athletes. However, a young and charming 17 – year – old girl named Samantha Eugenie is breaking all those traditional stereotypes.
Samantha Eugenie, a French powerlifting prodigy, has recently made waves in the powerlifting community. Not too long ago, in a training session, she set a new hard – pulling record of 216kg while weighing just 63kg. At her young age, Samantha’s petite frame hides an astonishing amount of power. Heavy weights that would daunt many seem like child’s play to her.
A Trail of Victories
Eugenie’s journey in powerlifting has been nothing short of remarkable. In 2019, at the EPF Classic Championships, she dominated the junior competition. Competing in the 63kg weight class, she lifted a total of 435kg, securing the first – place finish. In that very same competition, she shattered the junior hard – pull and squat records with lifts of 190kg and 160kg respectively. Her overall total also set a world record in her weight class.
She is an active social media user, regularly sharing her training progress with her followers. Through her posts, we have witnessed her continuous improvement, especially in her hard – pulling performances. In February this year, she achieved a personal best of 210kg in hard lifting, and later that month, she upped the ante to 215kg. Her most recent feat of pulling 216kg in a training session is truly mind – boggling, considering her own body weight of 63kg, which means she lifted 3.4 times her body weight.
The Multifaceted 17 – Year – Old
Like most 17 – year – old girls, Samantha loves to look good, have a great time, and be with her friends. But what sets her apart is her unwavering dedication to the sport of powerlifting. Her training has given her a unique and different kind of beauty in her prime. It’s not just physical strength she has gained; it’s also the mental toughness and discipline that come with powerlifting.
Currently, Samantha is gearing up for upcoming competitions. If she continues to progress at the rate she has been, there is no doubt that we will see her breaking more records in the future. We wish her all the best and look forward to her continued success in the world of powerlifting.
